What You're Getting

These are commercial-grade white folding chairs with reinforced steel frames and weather-resistant polypropylene seats and backs. Each chair holds up to 350 lbs and folds flat for easy storage and transport between events. The white finish keeps them looking clean and neutral against any backdrop, works equally well for casual backyard birthday parties, formal outdoor weddings, corporate events, or graduation ceremonies. Adjust the quantity in the booking panel to match your guest count.

Setup & Surface Requirements

Chairs can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, pavers, or any indoor flooring. No power, water, or anchoring required. They are stable on uneven surfaces but for the best look at formal events we recommend setup on a flat, level area. Each chair has a footprint of approximately 18 x 17 inches, and we recommend allowing 22 inches of width per chair when setting up rows for guest seating to leave room for movement.

Pricing & Duration Options

Pricing is per chair and varies based on rental duration. Select either Full Day for single-day events or Friday to Sunday for weekend rentals. The price updates automatically when you change your selection. For events of 50+ chairs, contact us directly for volume pricing — we keep a deep inventory and can scale up to several hundred chairs with advance notice.

What to Expect on Your Event Day

We typically drop off in the morning before noon and pick up in the evening between 6 PM and 8 PM. You will receive a confirmation text the day before with your delivery window. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is the only additional charge, calculated based on your address (free within 15 miles of our warehouse).

If you like them in your preferred configuration on arrival — rows, circles, or grouped around tables. Chairs are wiped down and inspected before every rental. Please call for set up fee.

Delivery: to address specified by lessee (customer). Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit at approximately specified times.

I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an interactive amusement game(s) and/or other amusement equipment (EVENT BOOTHS) brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.

I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Granbury Booth Rentals, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the interactive inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Granbury Booth Rentals in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.

In the event that I file a cause of action against Granbury Booth Rentals, I agree to do so solely in the state of TEXAS, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the unit I am renting or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.

Rules: Lessee agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said equipment is in the possession of the lessee. Accompanying this contract is a set of directions for use and safety rules that I agree to follow and utilize at all times during the operation and use of the interactive inflatable game.

I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms.
